Plans and Billing

Where to see plans and prices

Your current plan, available plans, and the latest prices are shown inside the app (so you always see the most accurate info).

In your Shopify admin, go to Apps → Oxify Cart Drawer. In the app menu, open Plans or Plans and Billing (sometimes shown as Billing). Look for the plan cards/table to see what’s included and what changes between plans.

What’s included (by plan)

Plans usually change limits (like how many orders are included) and sometimes include more advanced features. The easiest way to confirm is to check the plan comparison inside Plans and Billing.

Not sure what a feature does? You can still follow the setup guides in the rest of this documentation. This page focuses only on plans and billing.

Common feature areas you may see in the plan comparison

  • Cart drawer design controls: layout, buttons, text, and look-and-feel settings.
  • Sales boosters (AOV tools): upsells, rewards/progress bar, discount code tools, free gifts, add-ons, and related offers.
  • Storefront widgets: sticky cart button, sticky add-to-cart bar, and notifications.
  • Integrations: connections to other apps (like review stars) and additional widgets.
  • Analytics: performance and revenue reporting.
  • Support: the type of support and response time can vary by plan.
If you only need the cart drawer basics, choose a plan that matches your store’s order volume first. You can upgrade later if you need higher limits or advanced features.

How order-based billing works

Order-based billing means your plan (and cost) is tied to how many orders your store has during a billing period.

What counts as an “order” for billing?

In most cases, this is based on the number of orders your Shopify store receives during the billing period while the app is installed and active. The exact counting rules (and your current order count) are shown in Plans and Billing.

Shopify handles app charges. You will see app charges on your Shopify invoice in Settings → Billing in Shopify.

What happens if you go over your plan’s order limit?

This depends on the plan rules shown in the app. Common outcomes are:

  • You may be asked to upgrade to a higher plan.
  • Your plan may automatically move to the next tier for the current or next billing period.

If a plan includes up to 200 orders per month:

  • If your store gets 150 orders this month, you stay in that plan.
  • If your store gets 260 orders, you may need to upgrade to the next tier (based on what the app shows in Plans and Billing).

This can vary. The app’s Plans and Billing screen is the source of truth for what is counted in your store. If you think your order count looks wrong, check your Shopify orders for the same date range and compare.

Upgrade or downgrade your plan

You can change your plan from inside the app. Changes are confirmed through Shopify’s approval screen.

Upgrade

Go to Apps → Oxify Cart Drawer → Plans and Billing. Click Upgrade on the plan you want. A Shopify charge approval screen will open. Review it and confirm.

Downgrade

Go to Plans and Billing inside the app. Click Downgrade on the plan you want. Approve the change in Shopify if prompted. If your store is above the lower plan’s order limit, the app may not allow a downgrade until your order volume fits that plan. The app will show a message if this applies.

Where to check your billing in Shopify

Shopify manages app charges and invoices.

  • In Shopify admin, go to Settings → Billing.
  • Look for your app charges under your Shopify invoice details.

Quick answers

Changing plans normally does not delete your settings. Your available features and limits may change, but your saved setup should stay.

Uninstalling stops the app from running on your store. Billing is handled by Shopify, and any future charges depend on Shopify’s app billing rules and your current billing period.

Open Plans and Billing in the app. Your current plan is clearly marked.
